Brianna

Office Manager

Brianna’s warm, friendly attitude helps set the tone for the Smile Cape Coral team. She makes patients feel welcome and appreciated from the moment they step through the door. She approaches her job with unflagging positivity,meticulous attention to detail, and calm efficiency that keeps our busy practice running smoothly. Patients appreciate her compassion and the personal interest she shows in them and their dental health.

A lifelong Fort Myers resident, Brianna enjoys boating, fishing, cooking, baking, and spending time with her boyfriend, family, cat, and dog. She gives back to the community by volunteering with Meals of Hope and Holidays without Hunger.


Alex

Patient Care Coordinator

A familiar smiling face at the front desk, Alex has been in dentistry since 2015. In addition to her administrative experience, she is trained as a dental assistant so she brings a broad understanding of patient experience to her role. Alex ensures a stress-free patient experience at the start and end of every visit, from scheduling to insurance. She takes great satisfaction in seeing patients’ confidence improve along with their smiles.

Alex moved to Florida from Indiana when she was a high school student. She lives on a ranch with her husband, daughter, and a variety of four-legged friends. She is devoted to her daughter and enjoys spending time with her outdoors.


Marianna

Dental Hygienist, CRDH

Marianna has been a dental hygienist since 2009. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Science and Dental Hygiene from the State University of New York at Farmingdale. She is licensed in both dental hygiene and local anesthesia. She enjoys educating patients on their dental health while providing gentle, effective cleanings. Her positive and compassionate attitude enables her to calm even the most anxious of patients.

Marianna was born in Italy and moved to New York at the age of ten. She said goodbye to New York’s cold winters and hello to the Florida sun in 2014. She is fluent in Italian and speaks some Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children as well as friends. Her favorite pastimes include going to the beach, shopping, exercising, and traveling. She gives back to the local community by volunteering at soup kitchens, Give Kids a Smile free dentistry events, and Dentistry from the Heart free dentistry events for adults.


Loraine, RDH

Dental Hygienist

Loraine has been in dentistry since 2008 and brings a wealth of experience to our team. In her native Cuba, she was a practicing dentist. After emigrating to the US, she worked as a Dental Assistant while pursuing her Dental Hygiene education. She joined our team in 2020 as an experienced Dental Hygienist.

Loraine’s passion for her work is evident in the way she approaches her patients with a positive, professionalism attitude and an abundance of compassion. Her patients can rely upon her to provide a thorough but gentle cleaning, taking the time to get to know their unique needs.

Prior to settling in Florida in 2019 Loraine lived in Cuba, Venezuela, Colombia, and New York. She enjoys biking, dancing, swimming, and spending quality time with family and friends. She is fluent in English and Spanish.


Patty

Dental Assistant

Patty's expanded knowledge of dentistry enables her to go above and beyond as a Dental Assistant. Her warm personality and sense of humor sets her patients at ease. Patty is fluent in Spanish and comes from a multi-cultural background. This makes her especially effective at working with patients from various cultures.

Patty has a Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture.  She participates in various envrironmental preservation activities. She has participated in Dentistry From the Heart for several years.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her children. Favorite activities include ballroom and tango dancing, fishing, and enjoying the great outdoors.


Ryan, EFDA

Dental Assistant

Ryan joined Smile Cape Coral in 2020. He started his dental career in 2010. While he originally chose dentistry because of the job opportunities, a pivotal experience transformed it from a practical career choice to a passion. Ryan was deeply moved when a smile makeover patient cried tears of joy when she saw her new smile in the mirror. From that point his primary motivation has been improving patients' lives by helping them regain their smiles.

Ryan is known by team members and patients alike for his unflagging good humor. His mission is to give every patient a great experience through his compassion, his ability and willingness to listen, and his great sense of humor. Ryan's greatest reward is hearing a patient say they have never had such a great experience at a dentist's office. 

Ryan was born in Chicago and moved to Cape Coral as a child. He is the devoted uncle of two nephews and a niece. In his free time, he enjoys boating, fishing, line dancing, and beach volleyball. In addition to volunteering at Dentistry from the Heart, Ryan tries to volunteer at any charitable dental events he is able.


Amanda, EFDA

Dental Assistant

Amanda worked in dentistry for five years before joining the Smile Cape Coral team in 2020. She is a certified Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. Amanda chose dentistry as a career because it affords her the opportunity to pursue two of her passions at once – helping people be healthier and feel more attractive.

Amanda is committed to creating the most comforting, positive dental experience for her patients. Patients can expect Amanda to treat them like she would treat her own family. Amanda uses her great sense of humor to build rapport and help set her patients at ease. She is particularly effective with anxious patients who need a little extra TLC to get comfortable. Amanda takes great satisfaction in knowing her patients know she truly cares and have received the best possible care.

A native of Connecticut, Amanda lived in Virginia before settling in Florida in 2011. She shares her home with Nala, a sassy cat, and Layla, a sweet dog. She gives back to the community whenever she has the opportunity. She has volunteered at animal shelters, helped to feed the homeless, and participated in free dentistry events such as Mission of Mercy.
